    How long does it take to get my photos and videos?

    Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours from the shoot, depending on package and season. Rush delivery may be available — just ask when booking.

    What areas do you serve?

    We're based in the Okanagan Valley, BC, and serve Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon & Penticton, and surrounding areas.

    How do I pay my invoice?

    Once your order is placed, you'll receive an invoice by email with a secure payment link. You can also view and pay any invoice through your Client Portal account.

    What's the difference between Print Quality and Web Quality images?

    Print Quality is the full-resolution original — best for MLS uploads and print materials. Web Quality is a compressed, smaller version ideal for social media and faster web loading.

    Can I use the photos for anything I want?

    Delivered media is licensed for marketing the specific listing it was shot for — MLS, brokerage sites, social media, and print. See our Terms of Service for the full usage license.

    How do I access my listings and past orders?

    Sign in to the Client Portal (top-right of the site) using the email on file. First time signing in, you'll be prompted to set a password.

    Corner brackets
    Top-left and bottom-right only. Stroke weight = 4/84 of wordmark cap height. Arm length = 52/84 of cap height.
    Clear space
    At least one bracket-arm length of empty space on all sides.
    Minimum size
    Primary lockup: 140px wide on screen, 30mm in print. Below that, use the compact one-line lockup.

    Don't

    • Stretch, rotate, or add effects
    • Put the amber version on a mid-tone photo
    • Use all four corner brackets
    • Re-set the type in a different font

    File Formats

    This pack is raster (PNG), exported at 3x. For vector files (SVG/AI/EPS), the wordmark needs to be set in Archivo and converted to outlines — worth doing before ordering signage or vehicle decals.
