Agreement to Terms

By booking a shoot, placing an order, or using spotlightrem.ca or the Client Portal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our Services

Spotlight Real Estate Marketing provides real estate photography, videography, virtual tours, floor plans, and related marketing media, delivered digitally through our Client Portal and gallery links.

Booking, Payment & Cancellations

• Orders are confirmed once submitted through our booking form or created by us on your behalf.
• Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Media is delivered in locked preview form and unlocked for full download once payment is received.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel a shoot, please contact us as far in advance as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

Media Usage & Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Spotlight Real Estate Marketing retains copyright of all photos, videos, and other media we produce. Once an order is paid in full, you receive a license to use the delivered media for marketing that specific property listing — including MLS, brokerage websites, social media, and print materials for that listing.

This license does not include resale of the media itself, use in unrelated advertising, or use beyond the listing it was created for, unless we agree to that separately.

Delivery

Turnaround times are provided as estimates and can vary based on package, season, and volume. Delivered files are accessible through your private gallery link or Client Portal account for as long as reasonably practical; we recommend downloading and backing up your files after delivery.

Client Portal Accounts

If you create a Client Portal account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Contact us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability

We work to deliver high-quality media on schedule, but we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, technical issues, or use of the delivered media. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
